Meadowbrook College is committed to safeguarding children and young people. We will endeavor to provide a safe and welcoming environment where children are respected and valued. We will be alert to the signs of abuse and neglect and will follow our procedures to ensure that children receive effective support and protection.

We have a number of policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding commitment, including our Safeguarding Policy which can be viewed in the Policies section of our website located in the 'Document Zone'.

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs)are Susy Morgan, and Jacqui West.

Our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSLs) are: Vicki Knight, Sophie Thompson, Sarah Lowman, Daisy O'Toole, Beverley O'Toole, Ruth Priest, Nick Lacey and Carly Bayliss.

All post holders in the school/regulated activity are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory 'Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced check'.
