We work with a large number of Primary, Secondary, Special and Independent schools.
Many of our places are commissioned by OCC which they reserve for pupils who have been permanently excluded from school or who do not have a school place. OCC also reserve a number of secondary school places for schools to access for support for students at risk of permanent exclusion. These places are distributed by the In Year Fair Access Panels.
We also offer places to schools/academies to commission directly from us. These places could be on a part-time or full-time basis. Children would remain on the roll of their school - known as 'Dual Roll' - but come to us for anything from one day a week to full-time.
We also work with other organisations in order to put together the best timetable for our students. This may mean that we use other Alternative Provision providers (outdoor education centres, colleges, specialist provision centres, other schools/academies) in combination with our own provision, in order to give students the best opportunities for success.
